Co-creating IP

Co-creating IP teaching-learning methodologies with students of Viljandi Culture Academy. Hands on workshop where creative fields students designed 5 different ways to tackle IP related questions for the 5 different target groups they themselves suggested. The role of TC was to create a safe space through storytelling for learning and team building, as well as monitor the structure of presentation and the elements of final product (teaching-learning methodology).

Make Music Work

The Web App is designed to inspire further reading and discussion among students, teachers and management of HMEIs. This tool contains a set of relevant materials on various topics (entrepreneurship, mindset & well-being, marketing & communication, management & monetization, curriculum, HME in society), and in various formats (tutorials, podcasts, literature lists and links to research, articles, presentations and interviews).

The MAPSI Summer School

A summer workshop focused on the societal impact of arts projects, providing participants with hands-on experience in managing arts projects with societal significance. Transforming Collective (TC) was involved in the mentorship of selected projects, designing the overall methodology of the Summer School, and delivering speeches on various aspects of societal impact, fostering a deeper understanding of the role of arts in driving social change.

EV100 Competition-Project 

Facilitation and mentorship within the EV100 competition-project for creative fields students. The competition was part of the wider framework of entrepreneurial mindset related project for arts fields students wherein TC contributed with the course design and metholdoogies. Maybe use the banner:

HEISE (Higher Education Institutions & Societal Engagement) focused on how higher education institutions can drive societal engagement through cultural and creative initiatives. The project provided insights into how universities can collaborate with local communities and foster social responsibility through creative programs. Anna managed the project, authored the application, carried out research, and was the editor of the final outputs.

Strengthening Music in Society (SMS) is led by the Association Européenne des Conservatoires (AEC), seeks to enhance the role of music and arts education in addressing societal challenges. As Co-chair of the Working Group on Entrepreneurship, Anna Maria Ranczakowska contributed to the development of publications related to entrepreneurship in music education, including the app Make Music Work, and produced a podcast series on the topic. The project fosters innovation, inclusivity, and social responsibility in music education across Europe.
